The Farm-to-Market Road Impact Assessment (FaMRIA) Project was officially launched on May 24, 2024, at Almont Inland Resort in this city with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) by DA-BAFE Director Engr. Ariodear Rico and CSU President Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil. Camarines Norte agriculture sector ready for boost with DA-backed plans

The Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (DA-BAFE) has recently completed a workshop to improve agricultural production and infrastructure in Camarines Norte. Key stakeholders gathered from May 14-17, 2024 to develop the Agricultural and Fishery Mechanization Plan (AFMech) and the Farm-to-Market Road Network Plan (FMRNP) for 2023-2028, setting the way for a more efficient and sustainable agricultural industry in the province.
