The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (DA-BAFE) has transferred from the DA-Central Office building in Elliptical Road to the Sugar Regulatory Administration compound along North Avenue, Quezon City.
A thanksgiving mass and office blessing was celebrated on February 16, 2021 to mark a momentous occasion and milestone for the agency.
DA-BAFE needs a more spacious workplace upon hiring nineteen (19) new permanent employees in December 2020 and an additional six this January.
Furthermore almost thirty (30) employees of Farm-to-Market Road Development Program’s (FMRDP) Program Management Office were absorbed and are now part of the DA-BAFE family.
DA-BAFE Director Engr. Ariodear C. Rico, DA-BAFE Assistant Director Engr. Juana T. Tapel, and the agency’s personnel accompanied Rev. Fr. Arnel Recinto as he blessed each and every corner of the entire office compound with holy water.
Fr. Recinto started at the conference room then proceeded to the Office of the Director (OD), Office of the Assistant Director, Engineering Plans, Designs and Specification Division (EPDSD), Standards, Regulations and Enforcement Division (SRED), and Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD).###Marshall Louie Asis, DA-BAFE (Published on March 2, 2021)
